Tony and I signed up for a Kickball team through Yelp and we had our first team meeting to discuss the rules and to get to know one another. I got nominated to design our team logo. Our team is filled with fellow Yelpers - meaning they all love to eat so they are obviously awesome.

Check out my beautiful Momma holding lil gorgeous Audrey Mae!!

A bunch of friends from work decided to go on a Catamaran ride. The day was unofficially dubbed "Nate Christensen Day" (Nate used to work with us at Hula Grill, and we hadn't seen him in a while). Being the day before Tony's birthday I grew some courage and climbed aboard, scared out of my mind that I would shortly be getting sick.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TONY! It had been a year since our last visit to Roy's so we decided it was time for a return. There was a party hat waiting for him at the table when we got sat. The service and food were great!

As good as dinner was, I knew that Tony's favorite meal was a good ol' Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwich. I made him a Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich cake... and found out the hard way why they tell you to allow a cake to cool prior to icing. It looked great for about 30 seconds until the "jelly" started melting over top of the "peanut butter." But he loved the cake just the same!

After work a bunch of coworkers (and Tony) went out to Sansei sushi to celebrate Josh's birthday and enjoy some 50% off sushi!!

We packed up the car and headed to the North Shore for a relaxing surf day. Unfortunately for Tony & Todd there were no waves... in fact it was the flattest I had ever seen the North Shore... especially compared to last month when we enjoyed the giant waves at Waimea Bay! We got to enjoy a great beach picnic and a beautiful sunset.

After the beach we went to Banzai Sushi. It is an open air sushi restauarant on the North Shore. As you walk in there are "traditional" Japanese tables, where you sit on the floor. They also have regular tables and inside they have a few tables by the sushi bar. We ordered the Banzai Roll, Crunchy Roll, California Tempura Roll, and a Spicy Salmon Roll.

Our kickball team held a barbeque/potluck and practice at Kapiolani Park. They passed out our shirts with my logo on them :)

Tony and I finally made it to the Honolulu Zoo!! Nothing compared to the Baltimore Zoo
